Scentsational - Return Policy.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods should you wish to return your item( s). The cost of the product only will be refunded. (Scentsational Perfumes do not refund postal charges) Postage costs will only be refunded if the merchandise received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt
All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been opened or used. In the interests of hygiene and for obvious safety and health concerns, we cannot accept merchandise that has been opened or had its seal or other wrappings opened or tampered with.
Please ensure that returns are sufficiently wrapped and packed for posting, as items damaged during return may only receive a part refund.
Any items returned to sender via Royal Mail "Not Called For" will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise only, and the order then cancelled.
In addition to our returns policy, the Distance Selling Regulations (for sales on the internet or mail order) allows you to cancel any order you make within 7 days from the date they are delivered to you for a complete refund.
Only unused and unopened merchandise will qualify, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return of the merchandise.
