There are so many fantastic makeup trends being seen all over the catwalks recently that it can be hard to keep up. One of my personal favourites is the fabulous two tone multicolour eye, last summer we had bright and bold multicolour’s, mainly focusing on three to four colour whereas this year the makeup trends are about subdued simplicity.

Start with the lighter colour and brush a good covering from the inside corner to outer corner of your eyelid, about a brush width wide, leaving a small gap either side. With the darker colour sweep the eyelid from the inner corner to the outer in a half moon motion, so that you fill the small gap either side and go round the existing colour. Use the same brush with the leftover dark colour to swap under the lower lashes. Take a blending brush and blend the edges of each colour, finish with NYX Cosmetics mascara to create the ultimate sexy and sheik look.
